Director's Thought

Nurture International School, Whitefield is led by Dr. Sita Nanduri. Dr. Sita comes with a rich experience of having handled various positions in Kindergarten and Primary school.

She is an international diploma holder for teachers and trainers from the prestigious Cambridge University. She has also completed the Teacher training program conducted by the The Teachers Training Foundation (Bangalore) along with The HEAD LAMP training (for school leaders) conducted by The Teachers Training Foundation and a course in Montessori training. She is currently pursuing an MBA a post graduate program from Sikkim Manipal University.

Dr Sita Nanduri was earlier associated with The Deens Academy since its inception in 2006. She worked closely with the founding team of The Deens Academy in setting up the required infrastructure and resources for the science laboratories. Her focus was to create a stream of resources required for The Deens Academy along with continuing her research in modern pedagogical techniques. She was also actively involved in the training sessions conducted for teachers.

Dr Sita Nanduri is a Bachelor in Dental Surgery from University of Mumbai and also has a Bachelor's in Education. She also worked for the Department of Child and Foster Services, DuPage County, Illinois, USA. She has successfully completed JAVA courses from the University of Columbia. Her other special interests are in the area of animation techniques.
