  • Every Wednesday is a non-uniform day when children can dress up in comfortable dresses preferably dresses that they can handle by themselves.
  • Severe weather conditions or any political or social bandhs may result in school closure.
  • Change in telephone numbers or address should be reported to the office immediately. Your child's safety in the event of an emergency could depend on the accuracy of this information.
  • Anything requiring immediate attention has to be notified to the office.
  • Ensure that your child is regular & punctual.
  • The school expects your whole hearted participation in all the school functions and workshops conducted by the school.
  • Once a child is admitted, the admission and term fee is not refundable.
  • Parents are earnestly requested to enforce regularity and discipline at home and look into their children's school diary every day for circulars or last minute changes in plans. Please see to it that the lessons and home work assigned for the next day are done.
  • Attending the P T A meeting as well as other important functions in the school are a duty and a service, parents owe their children.

HEALTH & SAFETY

  • Parents are requested not to send a sick child to school. This is a request from the management and all parents in general so as to contain its spread.
  • Minor cuts or bruises are handled by the school's staff and will be reported to you when the child is picked up.
  • If a child becomes sick in school, you will be informed and if necessary you will be required to arrange a pick up for your child.
  • Accidents requiring medical attention will be reported to you immediately and the management will work with you to get the best medical attention in the shortest possible time.
  • Do not make the child wear expensive jewellery to school. The school will not be responsible for any loss.

FIELD TRIPS AND PICNICS

  • Field trips are scheduled on specific days. You will be notified well in advance. In case of illness please do not send your child.
  • All children must dress up in their Uniforms with caps, socks- shoes for the field trips, picnic or any other outing.

SNACKS AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS

  • We believe that children need healthy food for their growth and development; hence snacks that are nutritious are always recommended. Parents are requested to send wholesome and healthy lunch in their lunch boxes.
  • With regard to personal belongings of the child, the school will not be responsible for anything lost. To avoid such losses make sure that everything that the child carries is properly labeled.
  • Avoid stuffing too much food in lunch boxes to inculcate a habit of avoiding wastage of food.

PARENTS TEACHERS INTERACTION (PTI)

  • Parent Teacher Interaction is arranged after completion of each Tier to discuss the child's learning progress and journey as a whole and to take your valuable feedback. Since the parents are considered as primary educator, they can contribute a lot to the discussions and decisions of their child's progress.
  • Each parent is expected to come during the given time slot and attend the PTI. If there is any genuine case or emergency then only a parent can ask for a change in PTI slot. The teacher then will find a mutually convenient slot before or after the regular PTI date and will inform the parent about the confirmed date and time for the meeting through diary note.
